In respect of the required documentation to process the registration of families or deaths in Lebanon, please find below:-
For the registration of your marriage and children, we require:-
Lebanese ID for husband/father (it can be an Ikhraj Kaed (family ID or individual ID), Lebanese Passport, old Lebanese Id).
Lebanese ID for a Lebanese mother (as above); or
Australian Birth certificate for a mother who was born in Australia.
Birth certificate for foreign mother as well as her Australian passport (can be expired).
Marriage certificate from the Registry office.
Standard birth certificates for all children.
Any change of name certificates.
For the registration of your children’s births, we require:-
Lebanese Marriage certificate; or
Lebanese ID for husband/father (it can be an Ikhraj Kaed (family ID or individual ID), Lebanese Passport, old Lebanese Id); and
Lebanese ID for a Lebanese mother (as above); or
Australian Birth certificate for a mother who was born in Australia; or
Birth certificate for foreign mother as well as her Australian passport (can be expired).

For the registration of a death, we require:-
Lebanese ID for deceased person and their family
Australian death certificate.
Any change of name certificates.
